We are United for Global Mental Health, a company limited by guarantee (company number 1139817) and charity registered in England and Wales (from now on “United for Global Mental Health”, "we", "our" or "us"). Our charity registration number is 1180516 and our address is Somerset House, South Wing, London, WC2R 1LA, United Kingdom. These terms apply to your use of the website located at https://www.gospeakyourmind.org/ from now on, our “website”).
1.2 We are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to raising awareness of mental health issues through campaigning and advocacy and to promote the de-stigmatisation of mental health issues by campaigning for the implementation of effective interventions. Our website provides a platform for individuals to find out more information about our ‘Speak Your Mind’ campaign and allow you to sign the petition calling for the Government to take more action in the area of mental health.
2. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1 What these terms cover. These terms and conditions (from now on, the "terms") set out our rights and obligations and the rights and obligations of those persons that access or use our website (from now on, "you").
2.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you use our website. These terms tell you who we are, how you should use our website, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

4.3.4 impersonate another person or attempt to mislead us or others as to the identity or origin of any application or other communications, this include signing any petitions on our website in the name of someone other than you;
4.3.5 use our website in any way that may lead to the encouragement, procurement or carrying out of any criminal activity; or
4.3.6 post or otherwise make available data that you do not own.
4.4 Our rights to compensation. You agree to compensate us for any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to such claim or damages) made by a third party in respect of any matter in relation to or arising from your use of our website including any breach or suspected breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11.4 If a court finds part of these terns to be unlawful, the rest if the terms will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
11.5 Even if we delay in enforcing this these terms, we can still enforce them later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking these terms, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
11.6 Which laws apply to these terms and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
