Davos 2020: The World is Speaking on Mental Health it's #TimeToInvest
This week we’re at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting - Davos 2020. Davos brings together world leaders, from every sector to discuss how to work together on some of the biggest challenges society faces. We’re with Speak Your Mind supporters, calling on leaders with one united message, it’s #TimeToInvest in mental health.
Last year in Davos, leaders agreed that it was time to act on mental health and this is the year where intent must become action.
Throughout 2019, Speak Your Mind campaigners have been working tirelessly to make sure the rights of those living with mental health conditions are met. Campaigners are making progress at a national level, making changes such as, the Sierra Leone government committing to revising the lunacy act and the mental health budget in Tonga being tripled. The BluePrint Group have produced a briefing for Davos attendees on the global state of mental health, sharing some of these Speak Your Mind campaign wins and supporting the call to invest in mental health.

An unstoppable mental health movement has started determined to make sure that everyone, everywhere has support. Thousands of people across the globe have added their voice to the Speak Your Mind petition, demanding greater action from their governments.
The world is speaking on mental health, it’s #TimeToInvest to ensure better mental health prevention and treatment for all.
